The living level includes a dining room, TV lounge, open-plan fitted kitchen, central wood fireplace, balcony and terrace. There are two bedrooms on the living level and two upstairs; all four have balconies, and one upstairs bedroom also has a TV. Three bedrooms have a 160 × 200 cm double bed, while the remaining bedroom has a separable 180 × 200 cm double bed. Three shower rooms are explicitly identified as en suite in the layout, alongside an independent bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet facilities.
Guests have access to the residence's shared indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna and fitness room. The apartment has a garage, parking space, ski locker and outdoor furniture.
