The house

One of four apartments set around a tropical garden with a lily pond and a barbecue gazebo. Each has a private kitchen with dining table, a bedroom with a queen bed, desk and 40" smart TV, a bathroom with hot shower, and a private terrace opening onto the garden. Included: electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi and Ethernet (about 100 Mbps per apartment), a private Netflix account, weekly cleaning with fresh linens, free use of the washer and dryer, free parking with security cameras, a DIY breakfast for the first days and homemade bread each morning (subject to availability). The first restaurant is a 4-minute walk away; the town center is about 15 minutes on foot. Stays from a couple of nights up to 180 nights, with lower nightly rates for longer stays.
