What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 2:00 and 10:00 p.m.; arrivals until 11:00 p.m. are possible on request. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
How does the deposit work?
A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total confirms the booking; the balance is paid on arrival. For stays over 2 months it is limited to one month's rent. See the hosts' rental conditions for details.
Are long stays possible?
Yes. Many guests stay weeks or months, up to 180 nights. The longer the stay, the lower the nightly rate. Residential leases are not offered.
