House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits with no corkage charges. Smoking is allowed. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours, and noise should remain mild and within the villa. Events and photo or film shoots require the homeowner's approval. Overnight stays for events or shoots are limited to 12 people. Pool access for events is subject to homeowner approval. Additional charges and a refundable deposit may apply for events or shoots.
Getting there
Wet N Joy Water Park is 3 km away, and the Indrayani River is a 5-minute drive away. Roads connecting to the property are described as good; guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before driving.
