Can I book only one or two rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits, with no corkage charges.
Are loud parties or music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specified hours. Noise should remain mild and within the villa.
Are events or photo shoots allowed?
Events and shoots are allowed subject to homeowner approval. Overnight stays for these bookings are limited to 12 people, and pool access is subject to approval.
