Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 25. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus liability for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet before arrival to obtain parking and amenity access. A mandatory HOA fee of $2 per day per guest is collected before arrival. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive beach chair rental provider. Personal chairs may be set up on the west side of the beach; rental chairs are on the east side. Wagons, wheeled coolers, tents and canopies are prohibited at the private beach access.
Getting there
The cottage has three stories. Seacrest Beach community private beach access is on the south side of 30A; on-demand trams operate throughout the community. The community lagoon pool is two blocks away. Two parking spaces are included; community overflow parking is first come, first served. Wagons, wheeled coolers, tents and canopies are prohibited at the private beach access.
