The house

The cottage has an open-plan interior with 10-foot ceilings and porches on every level, serving all bedrooms except the bunk room. The fully stocked kitchen includes a wet bar, wine fridge, ice maker, microwave, oven and stove, and both pod and traditional coffee makers.

Three bedrooms have king beds, including two with ensuite bathrooms. Another bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom; the bunk room has two full/twin bunk beds. An additional queen pull-out sofa provides sleeping space. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are supplied, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements. A pack ’n play is available upon request.

Amenities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, smart TVs, a patio, propane grill and two bicycles. The Seacrest community lagoon pool is two blocks away and covers over 12,000 square feet. Community beach access is on the south side of 30A, with on-demand tram stops throughout the community. Seacrest sits between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, with dining, shopping and entertainment a few blocks away.
