The minimum age to book is 21. Children are welcome. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Getting there
Main Street is less than five miles away; the base of Peak 8 is a short drive away. Scenic trails, the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and village shops and dining are within walking distance. Parking is limited to three cars. Check trail maps and snow reports for current conditions and trail openings.
