This beautiful beach house with a great porch and garden, offers accommodation for 6 people and it's located 450 metres from the beach of Sant Joan in Manresa (Alcúdia). This wonderful house near the sea offers a wonderful porch where you will enjoy a delicious BBQ after a fabulous day at the beach which only is 450 metres away or nice moments at the garden. The lawn and the 5 sunloungers available are perfect to bask in the sun with a good reading.
The family little ones will also be delighted with this space. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. Inside, a spacious kitchen-living-dining room - with high ceilings, large windows with access to the garden, beautiful decoration and air conditioning - is ideal for preparing delicious recipes on the gas hob, while you can prepare the table or even watch TV (with satellite channels and Smart-TV). Then, the living area beckons you for a well-deserved rest.
In the kitchen area there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, with wardrobe and ceiling fan and AC. Two of them have twin beds and one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower and toilet. A cot and high chair are available.
