The house

This approximately 3,000-square-foot home has an open floor plan, oversized windows, colorful interiors and sliding glass doors opening to a large rear deck. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop, center island, breakfast bar, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, cookware and dishes, plus drip and Nespresso coffee makers. A gas fireplace, heating, stereo system, smart and cable television, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and a laptop-friendly workspace are available.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning, closets and balcony/deck access. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The main-floor Hot Tub Bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. The main-floor East Bedroom has two twin beds and a television; the main-floor Center Bedroom has a queen bed and a television. A separate main-floor full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor facilities include a fenced, heated saltwater pool, hot tub, multiple lounging areas, covered pergola, screened-in porch, patio furniture, gas grill and hot-and-cold outdoor shower. A ping-pong table, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys and cooler are provided, along with bed linens and bath and pool/beach towels. Parking includes a two-car garage. Amagansett village shops and eateries are nearby. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
