The house

This approximately 2,500-square-foot home accommodates up to 10 guests. The open-plan living and dining area has grey couches, and the equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and white marble countertops. Outdoor spaces include a deck, seating and dining furniture, a firepit, a gas grill and lounge chairs.

Three bedrooms are on the second floor: two have king beds and one has a queen bed. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite shower bathroom and a closet. On the main floor, Bedroom 4 has one bunk bed and two double/full beds, and Bedroom 5 has a king bed. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. There are two full shower bathrooms upstairs and one on the main floor.

Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and a gas-burning fireplace. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes and silverware. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are supplied. Outdoor equipment includes four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and one adult bicycle.

The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking. Property showings to prospective renters or buyers may occur, with advance notice and efforts to arrange reasonable daytime hours.
