Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Starter household and bath essentials last approximately two to three days, depending on group size; guests replenish supplies afterward. Optional beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.
Getting there
The home spans three levels. Guest bedroom 4 is disconnected from the main interior and accessed by a grand spiral staircase and covered breezeway. Guest bedroom 5 is an open-air third-level loft with pony walls. A car is recommended. Shops, restaurants and the shoreline are within walking distance. The coastline directly in front of the home offers shore diving and access to nearby swimming areas; Kona International Airport (KOA) is accessible by car.
