The house

The 5,875-square-foot estate occupies the northernmost position in its gated oceanfront community, with unobstructed northern coastline views and a 180-degree outlook over the ocean, lava shoreline and sky. A tropical meditation garden with a cascading waterfall leads to the entrance. The open living and dining area includes white couches, Restoration Hardware furnishings and an 80-inch TV.

The kitchen has Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a six-burner range with a griddle, two ovens, two dishwashers, quartz surfaces, a large island and a separate pantry kitchen. Additional equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and utensils. Outdoors are a private infinity-edge pool maintained at approximately 82 degrees, a covered hot tub, an outdoor shower and a built-in BBQ area with an ice maker and concrete countertop. Multiple lanais and a private yard provide outdoor space.

The second-level primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, large lanai and ocean views. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the ground level, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom; bedroom 3 is near the courtyard ponds. Guest bedroom 4 is a disconnected second-level room with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa and ensuite bathroom, reached by a grand spiral staircase and covered breezeway. Guest bedroom 5 is a third-level open-air loft with a king bed, pony walls and two lanais.

Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach towels, linens, a private entrance and free parking are provided. Entertainment includes smart TV and satellite or cable TV. Household and bath essentials are supplied for approximately two to three days depending on group size; guests replenish them thereafter. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Shops, restaurants and the shoreline are within walking distance, and Kona International Airport (KOA) is accessible by car.
