House rules
Minimum rental period: one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra €80 fee applies to cover additional domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in the event of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not charged at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Guests must collect keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor. Paid public parking is available nearby, including monthly rental.
