The house

The third-floor apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, one en-suite, with a bathtub in one bathroom and a shower in the other. A living room with a 75-inch TV is separate from the dining room.

Air conditioning is available in every room. Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. The kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery.

A nearby public parking lot offers paid parking and monthly rental. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, internet and air conditioning are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

The minimum rental period is one month. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon, and all guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax applies. For stays of 30 days or longer, an additional €80 fee applies to domestic services in the event of non-responsible use.
