Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; its amount varies according to local regulations. Booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Swimming caps are required in the pool.

Verona Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets.
