The living room has a TV, double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave. The living room opens onto a private covered porch overlooking the pool, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a second TV. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, bidet and WC; a hairdryer is provided. The apartment also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron.
The residence's shared pool measures 18 × 9 and is open from 15 May to 30 September, from 09:00 to 20:00. Swimming caps are required.
The apartment is convenient for the town centre and main services. Padenghe sul Garda is on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, among the moraine hills, with local walking routes, cycle paths and beaches. Verona Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car.
