Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Playa de Gandia is 600 m away. The apartment is on floor 5, and the building has an elevator. The bus stop is 0.35 km away, Gandia train station 8.2 km and Valencia airport 75 km. There is no property parking.
