The house

The apartment has a furnished terrace with mountain views and a living-dining room with air conditioning, a radiator, sofa, Smart TV and DVD player. There are two bedrooms with wardrobes: one has a double bed, and the other has two single beds and a wall-mounted air heater. There are two bathrooms, and a cot and high chair are available.

The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. An adjoining laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels, a hair dryer and fans are available, and the building has an elevator.

The residential complex has saltwater pools and a lawned garden. The outdoor pool is 24 m in diameter and 0.90–2 m deep, connected to a children's pool measuring 14 m in diameter and 0.35–0.90 m deep. A separate heated pool measures 8 × 5 m and is 1.50 m deep. The outdoor pool normally opens June 1–September 30, and the heated pool October 1–May 31. Communal pool dates may change under community regulations without notice; updated information is available on arrival.

Tennis, paddle tennis, gym and barbecue facilities are free to use. There is also a ping-pong table. The sauna is coin-operated and paid. Facility hours are 10:00–15:00 and 17:00–22:00. Free Wi-Fi is available around the pool.

Playa de Gandia is 0.6 km away. A supermarket and pharmacy are each 0.6 km away, and the bus stop is 0.35 km away. Gandia train station is 8.2 km away, Valencia airport 75 km, Club Golf Gandia 5.3 km, Denia ferry terminal 51 km and Gandia hospital 8.4 km.
