Intended for families and guests over 30 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted; events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
