The house

The 120 m² house is arranged on one floor. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned: one has two single beds and two have one double bed each. A cot is available. There are two bathrooms with showers; one is in a separate room next to the swimming pool.

Landscaped outdoor areas surround a private chlorinated pool measuring 4 × 6 m, with a uniform depth of 1.6 m. The 25 m² terrace has a wooden dining table with seating for eight and a rattan lounge area. A furnished porch provides a barbecue area.

The living-dining room has a sofa, music facilities, satellite TV and a large rustic dining table. The equipped kitchen has a gas cooker. Wi-Fi, children's board games, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Santa Margalida is 1.5 km away and has a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports centre, cafes and restaurants. Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort beaches are a 15-minute drive away; the stated distance to Capellans, Can Picafort beach is 8.8 km. Can Picafort has a lively promenade, while Platja de Muro offers a quieter setting.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Guest identification is required to confirm the reservation. A mandatory tourist tax applies, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
