The home accommodates eight guests and has open-plan living and dining, ducted air-conditioning, a wood-fire heater, Wi-Fi and a large deck with a BBQ and sun lounge. Louttit Bay views extend from the living and dining rooms, master bedroom and deck. The living room has a 4K Smart TV with Netflix and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. A lawn and landscaped gardens surround the home.
Bed linens are provided. The main family bathroom has a shower and toilet. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Long-term stays are also allowed. Hot water, an iron and a smoke detector are provided. Local professional support is available 24/7.
