No parties. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the number of guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home.
Getting there
Lorne’s pier is a 600 m walk away. The town centre and main beach are an easy 10-minute stroll away. The yard is not fully fenced. External security cameras monitor exterior areas only. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. The title says beachfront, while the description places the main beach a ten-minute stroll away; confirm direct beach frontage and the access route.
