The house has terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, with sea on two sides and a garden. Inside are a furnished living-dining room and a separate equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and tea towels.
One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the other has two single beds. A second shower bathroom is on the first floor. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, television and satellite TV, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels. The house is in a quiet residential area, with walking and cycling opportunities around Costa del Cap del Pinar and Albufereta de Pollença. Alcúdia’s medieval town, Pollença and Formentor are places to explore in northern Mallorca.
