Fires and barbecues are forbidden. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Respect residential quiet hours and do not disturb neighbours after midnight. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The damage deposit is 300.00 EUR. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
