The house

The ranch is equidistant from Southampton and East Hampton, amid open fields and horse farms. Interiors feature vintage artwork and furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, several living rooms, a gas fireplace and an upper-level communal loft suitable for reading or working. The open-plan kitchen has substantial counter space and connects to living and window-lined seating areas overlooking the garden.

Four bedrooms are on the main floor and the fifth is on the second floor; there is also a lower-level additional sleeping area. Two main-floor bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. The four bathrooms comprise two main-floor full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination and one with a separate shower and tub, and two second-floor full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and tub.

Outside are a private lawn with hammocks and swings, a fenced yard, an uncovered patio with furniture, a gas grill, umbrellas and lounge chairs around the vinyl pool. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer are provided. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware and dishes. There are televisions in the main living room, bedrooms 3–5 and the additional sleeping area; bedroom 3 has cable TV.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
