The house

Airy Contemporary sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms, with one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. There are three full bathrooms. The primary suite has a private deck and an ensuite bathroom. Hardwood floors run throughout the house.

A short flight of stairs leads to the open kitchen and living area. The living room has an oversized wraparound couch, a chair and a usable brick fireplace. The eat-in kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, pots and pans, and a breakfast bar with four stools. The indoor dining table seats ten. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linens, hot water, a washer and a dryer are provided. An outdoor grill is available.

Sliding glass doors from the living room and kitchen open onto a wraparound wooden deck with outdoor dining for eight. A lower-level deck contains the private inground pool and poolside lounge chairs. A landscaped yard provides space for lawn games.

Bay beaches are minutes away, and Southampton village, its restaurants and shops, and ocean beaches are a short drive away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
