House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Pets are not permitted. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Treat the property with respect and follow the house rules. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
All three bedrooms, the ensuite and the main bathroom are upstairs. Three car spaces are available. The general store, Aireys Pub, local restaurants and Eagles Nest Gallery are a short stroll away. Lorne, Anglesea, Bells Beach and Torquay are a short drive away.
