The house

The townhouse accommodates six guests. Downstairs are an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a powder room and a separate laundry with storage for beach equipment. The living area opens onto an outdoor area with water features, seating and a BBQ. Upstairs are three bedrooms, an ensuite and a bathroom. Heating and air conditioning serve all bedrooms and the living area. The master bedroom has a TV and DVD player; the second bedroom also has a TV. Linen is supplied. Amenities include Wi-Fi, board games, children's books and toys, a garden or backyard, an indoor fireplace, a bathtub, shower, hot water, hair dryer, iron and smoke detector. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. A washer and dryer are available. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed. The home is professionally managed with 24/7 local support.
