House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard arrival is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available to hire. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The home is close to Brondesbury Park Overground. The final bedroom is on the top floor. A dog normally lives here, although it will be absent during your stay; the home may not suit guests with allergies.
