The principal bedroom has pastel pink styling and a chandelier. The second bedroom has blue decor, sports memorabilia and a home office area. The final bedroom is on the top floor and has a skylight and soft carpets. The family bathroom has a roll-top bath and gold fittings; the remaining bathrooms include a bath and walk-in showers.

The garden has a barbecue, basketball hoop and trampoline. The kitchen includes a filtered water tap, air fryer, Magimix, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee-making equipment. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, central heating, smart TV, toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided.

The home is suitable for children and infants. Baby cots and highchairs are available to hire.
