House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. No youth groups or groups of tradespeople. Electricity is charged separately at 3.74 DKK/kWh and water at 85 DKK/m³. A security deposit is listed. Optional services payable at the holiday home if used include final cleaning at 1,353 DKK, a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK, a baby/child cot at 110 DKK, and a pool and fitness centre service at 350 DKK. Optional protection insurance starts at 489 DKK. Cancellation is free until 15 days before the rental begins; from 14 days before arrival, including no-shows, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total rental plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and high chairs are refunded in full when the rental is cancelled. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
