Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a sleeping loft with an additional double sleeping arrangement. There are two bathrooms with toilets, washbasins, showers and underfloor heating. The living room has a wood-burning stove, TV with Danish channels, radio, DVD player and a high chair. The house has electric heating and underfloor heating.
The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a separate 60–99 litre freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi and travel support are included.
Outside, the 1,202 m² landscaped garden has play equipment, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a terrace and a covered terrace. A carport is available. The house is in a holiday-home area, 880 m from the coast and bathing beach, with shopping and a restaurant 1 km away.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. The house is not rented to youth groups or groups of tradespeople. Electricity and water are charged separately, and optional services are available for an additional charge.
