House rules

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. House parties, weddings and receptions are prohibited by city ordinance; violations require all guests to vacate immediately. Pets and ESAs are prohibited; undisclosed animals brought without approval incur a $2000 fine per pet and guests will be asked to leave. Smoking is prohibited, with a $500 cleaning fee plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Respect neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. Beach chairs and toys are not included; reservations of 4–28 nights receive a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com, reservable after booking. Optional pool heating costs $100/day with a 4-night minimum, subject to average outside temperatures above 55°F. Early check-in and late check-out services are unavailable from May through September. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.

Getting there

A private boardwalk provides direct beach access. Restaurants and shops are walkable; downtown Charleston is a short drive away. Coastal erosion and high tides can reduce or temporarily prevent beach access; refunds or relocations are not available for natural beach changes. Nearby construction may cause disruption, and relocation is not offered for unforeseen construction. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed during maintenance.
