The home has open living spaces with sliding glass walls, sectional seating, a dining table for twelve, and an upper-level lounge. Fire-lit lanais, an upper balcony with Mauna Kea views, an infinity-edge private pool and a heated spa extend the living areas outdoors. Pool heating to 78 °F is complimentary.
The kitchen includes quartz counters, an island, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker and grinder, wine fridge, blender, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, rice cooker and cooking utensils. An outdoor kitchen, BBQ and bar seating support meals on the lanai.
The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, lanai access, soaking tub, dual vanities, indoor and outdoor showers, and a safe. The upstairs second bedroom has a queen sofa sleeper and a detached full bathroom. Bedrooms three and four each have a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Detached bedroom five has a full-over-queen bunk bed and ensuite bathroom; detached bedroom six has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. All six bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a speaker system, printer/scanner, fitness accessories, washer/dryer, linens, extra pillows, a Pack ’n Play, toiletries and garage parking. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and beach towels are provided. A complimentary six-seat golf cart is available for exploring resort amenities.
Guests have access to One Ocean’s Ocean Club, with an infinity pool, whirlpool spas, BBQ cabanas, palapas, bar seating, pavilions, locker rooms and yoga lawn; the Sports & Wellness Club, with a lagoon pool, fitness center, locker rooms and BBQ lanai; and Hana Pono Park, with a family pool, spa and outdoor shower. Complimentary Mauna Lani Beach Club access provides opportunities for snorkeling, dining and calm-water swimming. Resort fitness, golf, tennis, pickleball, shops, groceries, restaurants and bars are marked as chargeable, as are beach-equipment rentals.
