Pets and youth-group rentals are not allowed. Electricity is charged separately at 3.40 DKK/kWh and water at 65 DKK/m³. Optional services payable at the holiday home if used include final cleaning at 1,061 DKK, a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 330 DKK and a baby/child cot at 330 DKK. Optional protection insurance starts at 465 DKK. Check-in is 16:00–18:00 and checkout is 08:00–10:00. Cancellation charges are 10% of rent up to 42 days before arrival, 40% from 42 to 28 days before arrival, 90% from 28 days before arrival until the first day, and the full rent on the first day or later.

The coast and bathing beach are 200 m away; the water is a few minutes’ walk away. Shops are 2.6 km away and a restaurant is 9.5 km away.
