The 54 m² holiday home was renovated in 2021 and stands on a landscaped, fenced 586 m² garden plot near woodland. Accommodation includes two bedrooms in the main house and a separate 14 m² annex with a double bed.
The open-plan kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker and dishwasher. The dining area seats six, and the living room has a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own content. The living room opens directly onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. A utility room has a large fridge-freezer. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump.
The coast and bathing beach are 200 m away, with the water a few minutes’ walk from the house. Shops are 2.6 km away and a restaurant is 9.5 km away. The nearby islands of Hjarnø and Endelave offer excursion opportunities.
