House rules
The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. House parties, weddings and receptions are prohibited by city ordinance; violations require all guests to vacate immediately. This is a smoke-free home: violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Up to two pets require advance approval and a $250 fee per pet; unauthorized animals may incur a minimum $500 fine. Fireplaces are not for guest use. Bring your own beach towels; beach chairs and toys are not included. Early check-in and late check-out services are unavailable from May through September. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
Isle of Palms Beach is half a mile away and a short walk from the home. Downtown Charleston is 30 minutes away. Parking is limited to four spaces. Coastal erosion and high tides can reduce or temporarily prevent beach access, with no refunds or relocations for these natural changes. Nearby construction may occur; a disruption-free environment and relocation for unforeseen construction are not guaranteed. The playroom's custom bunk beds are smaller than standard twins and for children only.
