Optional heating costs $100/day + tax, with a 4-night minimum and 24-hour notice, weather permitting when average temperatures exceed 55°F. Heating is typically unnecessary in summer unless unusually cool. If the heating system is down, unused heating days are refunded; no additional compensation is provided.
