Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Visitors must be registered in advance with the property manager, and unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Identification documents for all guests are requested after reservation confirmation. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items from windows, balconies or exterior areas and not flushing toilet paper. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours. Late check-in is subject to an additional fee.
