Are the condominium common areas always available?
No. The listing says they may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration.
Is cleaning included during the stay?
Cleaning included in the booking is performed only at check-out. Additional cleaning during the stay incurs a new cleaning fee.
Is late check-in possible?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00. Check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 has an additional fee, and check-in after 22:00 has a higher additional fee.
