House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. The apartment is not rented to youth groups in order to maintain peace and quiet. Electricity, water and heating are excluded from the accommodation price and charged at 3.74 DKK/kWh, 145 DKK/m³ and 2.95 DKK/m3 respectively. Optional extras payable at the property if used are final cleaning at 1,486 DKK, a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK, and a baby/child cot at 110 DKK. Optional protection insurance starts at 306 DKK. Cancellation is free until 15 days before the rental period begins. From 14 days before arrival through arrival day, later cancellation or no-show incurs 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and high chairs are refunded in full upon cancellation. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor. The North Sea coast and bathing beach are 100 m away. A restaurant is 10 m away and shopping is 300 m away; restaurants, shops and town life are a few minutes’ walk away.
