The house

Built in 2019, this 123 m² apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 25 m² loft with a flat-screen television and games console. The living room has modern furniture and cable television, including Danish and German channels. Central heating is provided.

Two furnished terraces measure 21 and 25 m² and overlook the sand sculptures, dunes and Søndervig. The living room opens onto an east-facing terrace with access to wooden decking with lounge furniture and sun loungers. The kitchen opens onto a west-facing terrace with a dining table and sun chairs.

Both bathrooms have showers and underfloor heating. One also has a whirlpool bath, sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen includes an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher.

The coast and bathing beach are 100 m away, a restaurant is 10 m away and shopping is 300 m away. Restaurants, shops and town life are a few minutes’ walk away. Guests have free admission to Danland Søndervig’s subtropical water park and activity basement with billiards and table tennis.
