House rules
Children and infants are welcome. No pets, parties or smoking. Evidence of smoking may result in a charge of at least €200 EUR. Identity verification and an online registration form with guest details and expected arrival time are required before self check-in. For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use utilities policy applies with a limit of €80 included. Extra keys cost €20 for an additional set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service. Optional extra cleaning costs the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen costs €30 for towels and sheets for two people, excluding sofa-bed linen. Free cancellation is available up to five days before check-in.
Getting there
Second floor with no elevator. Midterm bookings only. Porto's historic centre is accessible by car or public transport; Matosinhos beaches are within easy reach.
