The house

The bright studio occupies the second floor of a building without an elevator. Guests have exclusive access to the entire accommodation, with an integrated sleeping and kitchen area, a double bed, TV, air conditioning and a large window.

The kitchenette is designed for small meals and snacks, with crockery, a microwave, hob, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, and a table with two chairs. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Towels, bedlinen, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided; heating, a laptop-friendly workspace and on-property parking are available. The accommodation is professionally cleaned.

The residential neighbourhood has supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies and Portuguese restaurants within easy reach. Porto's historic centre is accessible by car or public transport, and Matosinhos and its beaches are within easy reach.

Internet is suitable only for basic tasks because speeds are limited by the lack of fibre-optic coverage. Starter quantities of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag are supplied for the first days.
