This 96 m² holiday home, built in 2004, stands on a quiet cul-de-sac in a holiday-home area. Its 1,100 m² natural plot has trees, a garden barbecue, a covered terrace and a large open terrace. The house has modern furnishings, electric heating and a living room with a wood-burning stove, stereo with CD player, DVD player, television and high chair. Digital television includes Danish and German channels, and wireless internet is free.
Two bedrooms each have one double bed; the other two each have two beds. A cot is also provided. There are two bathroom/WC rooms with washbasins and underfloor heating; one has a shower enclosure. An indoor sauna and indoor spa bath are available.
The open kitchen includes an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. The coast, bathing beach, restaurant and shopping are each approximately 400 m away.
