The house

The 3,453-square-foot estate has handcrafted hardwood details, vaulted ceilings, two seating areas, ocean-facing windows and wraparound lanais. Mature tropical landscaping and a banyan tree shade the grounds. Outdoor spaces transformed in 2026 include a saltwater infinity pool, refreshed landscaping, upper and lower dining areas, an outdoor powder room and an outdoor shower. The primary suite's expanded lanai has stairs directly to the lawn and pool.

The indoor dining table seats eight, and the main kitchen has granite counters, Viking appliances, a gas range and a breakfast bar seating six. A Viking outdoor kitchen includes a gas BBQ, side burner and two-drawer refrigerator. The detached ocean-facing guest suite has its own kitchen, breakfast bar, living area, entrance, washer and dryer, Smart TV and furnished lanai.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, split air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The primary suite includes a soaking tub, double vanity, separate tiled shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has double sinks and a glass shower; the third has garden and ocean views and lanai access. Smart TVs, Sonos audio and high-speed Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connectivity. Premium bed and bath linens, Malie Organics bath amenities, beach towels and beach equipment are provided. A Pack and Play is available at no charge, and a printer/scanner is available. A hot tub is also available.

The shoreline lies immediately beyond the lawn and consists of natural reef and lava rather than a conventional sandy swimming beach. Reef and coastal exploration depend on ocean conditions. Winter whale watching is possible from the property. Sandy beaches and resort amenities along the Kohala Coast are a short drive away; Waimea is approximately 20 minutes inland.

The home is professionally managed by The LeRoy Collection at Gather Vacations, with pre-arrival support, household essentials and on-island assistance. Property orientation is available on request during business hours. Concierge services include grocery provisioning, additional housekeeping, private yoga, personal chefs and customized experiences.
