House rules

Up to two pets are permitted. Check-in is 15:00–17:00 and check-out is 08:00–10:00. Final cleaning and internet are included. Electricity is charged separately at 3.40 DKK/kWh and water at 80 DKK/m³. A security deposit is listed. Optional extras, payable at the holiday home if used, are protection insurance from 583 DKK, a grill grate at 50 DKK, a cot at 100 DKK, a high chair at 100 DKK, a handcart at 175 DKK, bed linen at 155 DKK and delivery at 175 DKK. Cancellation is free until 42 days before the rental starts. From 41 days before arrival through arrival or later, including no-shows, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and high chairs are refunded in full upon cancellation. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.

Getting there

The house is in Årgab, just south of Hvide Sande, 100 metres from the outermost dunes by the North Sea. The nearest shopping is 1.5 km away.
