The house

The holiday home stands on a 1,335 m² natural plot, 100 metres from the outermost North Sea dunes. A large terrace overlooks the dunes, and the nearest shopping is 1.5 km away.

The modernised interior has three bedrooms, each with one double bed, and two renovated bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower; the other has a washing machine, toilet and basin. The living room combines a dining area and kitchen and includes a wood-burning stove, satellite television and a high chair. There is also a conservatory.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump. An indoor sauna and an outdoor hot tub for six provide wellness facilities. Outdoors there are sun loungers and a garden barbecue. Wi-Fi and final cleaning are included. Up to two pets are allowed.
