House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. The house is not rented to youth groups in order to maintain peace and quiet. Electricity is charged separately at 4 DKK/kWh and water at 100 DKK/m³. Internet and final cleaning are included. Optional services payable at the holiday home if used: insurance from 585 DKK, grill grate 50 DKK, cot 100 DKK, high chair 100 DKK, pull-along wagon 175 DKK, bed linen 155 DKK and delivery 175 DKK. Cancellation is free until 42 days before the rental begins. From 41 days before arrival, including arrival day, later cancellation or no-show, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras are refunded in full when the renter cancels. Non-refundable rates receive no refund.

The house occupies an elevated plot in Handrup Bakker. Ebeltoft is approximately 6 km away, a restaurant is 1.5 km away and shopping is 2.5 km away.
